Commodore 64 Emulator Mychess II (1984)

Mychess II created by David Kittinger in 1984, was one of the strongest and best chess games ever published for the Commodore 64/128. It will challenge most chess players even today.

You can switch between the OPTIONS MENU and the game’s CHESS BOARD with the F1 Key. To change OPTIONS with a PC you hold down the TAB key and press an appropriate letter. Here are some examples:

  • TAB + D - switches between 2-D & 3-D Chess Board
  • TAB + L - changes the level of play
  • TAB + N - New Game
  • TAB + M - Forces computer to move.
  • TAB + V - Switches between best move and variety.

You can read about the original MYCHESS II here:
